Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Group Lead

MYC Media is looking for a visionary “player coach” Senior Graphic Designer & Group Leader to spearhead our graphics department across our dynamic, multi-division powerhouse. Operating at the intersection of innovation and execution, we bridge physical and digital spaces through our five specialized sub-brands—spanning commercial print and signage, high-impact fleet wraps, custom web development, and premium e-commerce art. In this role, you will lead a talented, multi-disciplinary team, transforming big ideas into immersive visual experiences for global corporate clients and local trailblazers alike. Your hands on expertise will encompass:
- Design a wide range of materials including logos, vehicle wraps, signage, web graphics, illustrations, brochures, print and digital ads, POP displays, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop creative, impactful concepts that align with brand goals and impress clients.
- Oversee the full design process - from initial concept and typesetting to final production.
- Prepare print-ready artwork for large-format graphics and other production needs.
- Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and direction from project leads.
- Ensure all work meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Engage with internal teams, including sales and production, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Stay current with design trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
