Love meeting new people, working outdoors, and being part of a fun, energetic team? Andersons Creek Golf Club is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Servers to help create an exceptional experience for our members and guests both in the clubhouse and out on the course!
Whether you're serving guests in our clubhouse or cruising the fairways with the refreshment cart, you'll play a key role in making every round more enjoyable.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly smile and provide outstanding customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Share menu recommendations, daily specials, and featured promotions.
- Deliver food and beverages that meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and help create a memorable experience.
- Operate the refreshment cart and serve golfers throughout the course.
- Stock and organize refreshment carts to ensure they're ready for the day.
- Keep the clubhouse lounge, service areas, and carts clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with food preparation, kitchen upkeep, and food safety procedures.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Work closely with teammates to provide seamless service.
- Promote additional menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow all health, safety, and quality standards.
- Support a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment.
- Pitch in wherever needed and take on other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Previous customer service or serving experience is an asset.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification (required).
- Food Safety Certification (required).
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to stay on your feet and remain energized throughout your shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the golf season.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
