The Opportunity
Attree Properties is a family-owned and operated commercial real estate company, and we’re currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Burlington.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the administrative management of our properties and overall tenant experience/satisfaction. Your responsibilities are varied and broad ranging, however they focus on the administrative aspects associated with building operations such as tenant relations, organizing and planning, record keeping and compliance, leasing, and financial management.
Why Work With Us?
At Attree Properties, our company culture is grounded in our core values, which guide how we operate, interact, and grow — both as individuals and as a team.
Our Values
Take responsibility for your work. Treat the buildings as if they were your own, and manage company resources with care and integrity. Take pride in what you do, stay curious, and always look for ways to improve.
Our tenants are our guests. Go above and beyond to provide outstanding service — small gestures often make the biggest difference. Success follows those who deliver what others don’t.
We succeed together. Collaboration and mutual support are essential — we trust, rely on, and uplift one another to achieve common goals.
Use logic and sound judgment to solve problems. Get to the root cause using the “5 Whys” and implement practical, long-term solutions. Attention to detail and a thoughtful approach matter.
See things from the tenant’s perspective. Respond to concerns with understanding and respect. Treat others as you’d like to be treated.
Always do the right thing — even when no one is watching. Build trust, act with integrity, and maintain strong relationships.
