About the Role
We are hiring Field Service Technicians to support the rollout of a high-speed low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite internet service built for rural and underserved communities. We have openings for both full-time employees and independent contractors (1099) — apply with whichever arrangement suits you best.
This role focuses on residential installations using modern, compact equipment designed for fast, straightforward deployment. No complex dish alignment or signal tuning required. Ideal for technicians with a background in satellite, fixed wireless, or in-home service installations.
Key Responsibilities
Install and activate LEO satellite internet systems at residential properties
Mount rooftop and exterior receiver units
Run cable into homes and connect to customer equipment
Complete activations using mobile app-based tools
Perform troubleshooting and follow-up service calls as needed
Provide customers with a brief walkthrough on system use

Requirements

Basic tools required (ladder, drill, hand tools)
