Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and science-minded individual to join the Visage team as a Junior Laser & RF Associate. This is a structured training opportunity designed for someone with a strong foundational knowledge of skin and anatomy who is ready to build a career in one of the most advanced aesthetic environments in Northern Ontario.
We don't require one specific credential. Our team includes professionals from aesthetics, biology, and skin science backgrounds — what matters most is a genuine foundation in skin and anatomy, and the drive to grow.
Your Training Journey at Visage
- Phase 1 — Theory: Skin types & Fitzpatrick classification, facial anatomy, laser physics, and safety protocols
- Phase 2 — Hands-On: Supervised practical training on Matrix Pro™ RF and PicoWay® laser platforms
- Phase 3 — Client-Facing: Independent treatments under the continued support of our clinical team
What You'll Learn
We provide full, structured training in:
- Advanced PicoWay® laser treatments and laser safety protocols
- RF microneedling with the Candela Matrix® system
- Skin analysis and assessment methods
- Treatment planning in collaboration with our medical team
- Medical-grade skincare product lines including Korean and clinical formulations
- Proper client consultation processes and documentation standards
- EMR system usage and accurate clinical record keeping
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments to develop customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on proper skincare regimens and recommend appropriate medical-grade products
- Create social media content including before/after documentation, current trends, and client education posts
- Maintain detailed client records and treatment documentation in our EMR system
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with our medical team to optimize client outcomes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
- Stay current with the latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and technologies
You're Who We're Looking For
- A background in aesthetics, kinesiology, biology, or a related skin or anatomy-based discipline
- A solid understanding of skin physiology, skin conditions, and facial anatomy
- A clinical, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision and outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with and educate clients
- Confidence or interest in social media content creation
- A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and be part of something exceptional

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
