We are a newly formed bakery/pastry in Woodbridge. We specialize in Custom cakes, Birthday cakes wedding cakes, and all kinds of desserts and pastries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cake decorating, piping and working with design
- Scooping, measuring, and scaling batters, doughs, and mixes into specified portions prior to baking
- Following recipes provided as well as following specific production schedule
- Weigh and scale pastry ingredients for specific recipes
- Proper use of equipment such as mixer, sheeter, pie press, oven and stovetop
- Maintain a clean work environment at all times: wash and sanitize work tables, cupboards, and appliances and sweep & mop floors as required
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
Skillset Requirements:
- Experience in a bakery production kitchen
- Knowledge of food preparation and baking techniques
- Ability to Work Under Pressure

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Experience:
- Cake decorating: 1 year (preferred)
