Fruit of the Loom, an independent, wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. & leading international basic apparel company, has an immediate opening for an Account Manager in our Mississauga, Ontario location, in a full-time role.
This position drives the growth of the brand portfolio by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across wholesale channels, including screen printers, promotional product distributors and team dealers while expanding into direct customer opportunities. This role integrates sales execution with strategic marketing activation to increase brand reach, strengthen market presence and accelerate revenue growth. Through proactive outreach, relationship building and data-informed decision making, the role ensures consistent pipeline development and account expansion. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, this position delivers a high level of customer service and seamless execution, while supporting broader portfolio priorities within a multi-brand organization.
Responsibilities Include:
Sales Target Achievement
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets across a portfolio of Activewear accounts by optimizing volume, pricing, and product mix.
Pipeline Development & Conversion
Build and convert a robust pipeline of new customers through proactive outreach and lead management.
Consultative Selling
Educate customers on product benefits and solutions to drive adoption and long-term growth.
Account Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication, regular business reviews, and effective issue resolution.
Demand Forecasting Accuracy
Develop and deliver accurate SKU-level forecasts to support high service levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce stockouts.
Order Execution & Fulfillment
Ensure timely and accurate order management by coordinating with Customer Service and internal teams to meet delivery commitments.
Sales Analysis & Insights
Provide actionable insights through analysis of POS data, trends, and key performance indicators to drive account performance.
Risk Identification & Mitigation
Proactively identify and address risks related to inventory, service disruptions, and forecast variability to minimize business and customer impact.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
2 + years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, inventory planning or customer-facing roles
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI preferred)
Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills
Ability to travel (~10%)
