3D Lifestyle is a medical aesthetics clinic in Airdrie focused on delivering consistent, high-quality injectable outcomes. We’re adding a part-time Nurse Injector to a small clinical team where your work is visible and your standards matter.
This is not a general nursing role with aesthetics exposure. You should already be injecting regularly and comfortable owning a treatment room.
What the role involves
Running virtual and in-person consultations end-to-end: assessing facial anatomy, discussing realistic outcomes, and building treatment plans under medical director oversight
Injecting neuromodulators and dermal fillers as the core of your patient volume, with threads and PRP as part of your toolkit
Performing device treatments including Morpheus8 and microneedling
Maintaining your own patient records, before/after documentation, and follow-up touchpoints
Contributing directly to patient retention through recall practices and proactive follow-up
Keeping your treatment room consistently clean, stocked, and inspection-ready
What you need
Active RN or NP license in Alberta in good standing with CARNA or CRPNA
Minimum 2 years injecting Botox and dermal fillers in a medspa or aesthetic clinic setting (not primarily a physician’s office side-service)
Experience managing your own consultation flow and treatment planning, not just injecting from a pre-set protocol
Solid working knowledge of facial anatomy and filler placement beyond the basics
Comfort with patient communication across the full treatment cycle, including managing complications and adverse events
Strong fit if you also have
Experience with threads, PRP, or energy-based devices
Familiarity with EMR or clinic booking software
A book of patients who follow you, or a track record of strong retention rates
