HR Advisor and Recruitment Specialist
About the Opportunity
A growing HR consulting and recruitment firm is seeking an experienced HR professional to join its team.
This is not a traditional internal HR role. You will manage a portfolio of clients, providing practical HR consulting and full-cycle recruitment support across a variety of industries.
Recruitment will be a significant focus of this role, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for positions ranging from frontline staff to senior leadership. You will also support clients with employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, policy development, legislative compliance, accommodations, and workplace conflict resolution.
Are you someone who picks up the phone instead of sending another email?
Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and becoming a trusted advisor to clients?
Can you confidently communicate with business owners, managers, candidates, and employees while delivering practical solutions that work in the real world?
If so, this may be the role for you.
The successful candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional client service, strong communication, and sound judgment are critical to success in this role.
This is an in-office position based in the Hamilton Area, Ontario. Regular attendance in the office is required, as the role involves collaboration with team members, client support, and recruitment activities.
