About the Role
Heirloom142 and Little Lagom (adjoined stores) are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences, has an eye for beautiful design and home décor, and thrives in a boutique retail environment.
Position Details

Responsibilities
● Welcome and assist customers with product selection and purchases
● Provide knowledgeable and personalized customer service
● Process sales transactions using Shopify POS
● Maintain attractive merchandising displays and store presentation
● Receive, unpack, and organize inventory shipments
● Assist with restocking, pricing, and inventory management
● Support seasonal merchandising and special events
● Help keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
Qualifications
● Retail sales experience is an asset but not required
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Positive attitude and professional appearance
● Interest in home décor, interiors, lifestyle products, and design
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
● Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light-to-moderate merchandise
● Must be available to work weekends
● College and university students are welcome to apply; applicants must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
