The role
Own your station, cook great food, and keep the line humming with a supportive crew.
What you’ll do
· Prep, cook, and plate to spec during busy services
· Keep your station stocked, organized, and ready for the push
· Work clean and follow FoodSafe/sanitation standards
· Support line checks, FIFO rotation, and smart waste control
· Communicate clearly and jump in where needed
What you bring
· 1+ year line or prep experience in a fast-paced kitchen (Italian a plus)
· Strong knife skills and kitchen fundamentals
· Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
· Evening/weekend availability
· FoodSafe Level 1 (or willing to obtain)
