Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Utilize data entry skills to update customer records and maintain database accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Conduct basic analysis of customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions.
- Support team efforts by sharing insights gained from customer interactions to improve service strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform analysis of customer data to inform service improvements.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
