We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interlock Installation & Releveling Expert to join our landscaping and hardscaping team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in interlocking stone installation, surface releveling, and outdoor restoration work, with a strong focus on precision, durability, and high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install interlocking pavers for driveways, walkways, patios, and outdoor spaces
- Perform releveling and repairs on sunken or uneven interlock surfaces
- Remove and reset existing interlock when required
- Prepare base layers (grading, compacting, and leveling) to industry standards
- Cut and fit interlock stones accurately for clean finishes and edges
- Apply polymeric sand and ensure proper joint stabilization
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Communicate with clients on project progress and expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in interlock installation and releveling (preferred)
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and base preparation
- Ability to use construction tools and machinery (plate compactor, saws, etc.)
- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
