Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist in various projects as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of safety practices while on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Masonry Experience
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
