Your Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential furnaces, A/C units, and hot water tanks.
- Educate homeowners on their systems and offer genuine solutions (not pushy upsells).
- Complete paperwork and service notes accurately on an iPad/tablet.
- Participate in team training to stay sharp on new technology.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and manage truck stock.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ticketed Journeyman (Gasfitter Class A or B) preferred. Third or Fourth-year apprentices with strong service experience will be considered.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Strong troubleshooting skills—you love solving the puzzle.
- A friendly, professional attitude (you are the face of our company!).
- Ability to work on an on-call rotation (we respect your time and keep this balanced).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Wage: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (depending on experience).
