We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Content & Community Coordinator to help grow multiple pet-focused brands under the Pawsitive Pawadise umbrella.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, marketing, community outreach, events, social media strategy, and helping small businesses grow from the ground up.
This is NOT just a “posting on Instagram” role — we’re looking for someone who can help organize ideas, support launches, build partnerships, and help turn creative projects into real growth.

Pawsitive Pawadise — boutique dog daycare & boarding
Second Paw — pet reuse/resale & community donation initiative
Pawadise Moments — pet photography, pawties, keepsakes & events
Responsibilities Content & Marketing
- Plan and organize content calendars
- Schedule posts in advance across multiple brands
- Write captions and assist with campaign ideas
- Help maintain consistent branding and aesthetics
- Assist with reels, stories, launches, and promotions
- Coordinate content ahead of time so brands stay organized
Community Outreach
- Reach out to local businesses and potential partners
- Help coordinate collaborations and donation partnerships
- Assist with community engagement and relationship building
- Respond to inquiries and help manage communications
Website & Product Support
- Upload products to Shopify
- Help maintain and update website content
- Organize product listings and collections
- Assist with launch preparation and seasonal updates
Growth & Strategy
- Assist with Google Ads and marketing campaigns
- Help brainstorm ways to increase visibility and bookings
- Support event launches and promotions
- Research ideas and opportunities for brand growth
General Support
- Assist during pet events and photoshoots when needed
- Help keep projects organized and moving forward
- Provide operational and creative support across brands
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Creative eye for branding and social media
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience with Instagram, Canva, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Interest in marketing, small business growth, and community building
- Comfortable around dogs
- Photography/content experience is a bonus
- Google Ads or digital marketing experience is strongly preferred
Schedule
- Approximately 15–20 hours/week to start
- Mostly weekday daytime hours
- Some flexibility required for occasional events or shoots
