As our delivery and logistics operations continue to grow, we're looking for a Swamper to join our Shipping Department. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly expanding area of our business, helping shape a team that's focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers every day.
About the Position
- Full-time position within our growing drywall division
- Work alongside our delivery team to safely deliver building materials to homes and job sites throughout the Kamloops area
- Active, hands-on role where no two days are the same

What You'll Do
- Assist delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering customer orders, specifically drywall.
- Safely handle a variety of building materials, including lumber, drywall, and other construction products
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service
- Support shipping and yard operations by staging, organizing, and moving materials
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with the Shipping and Yard teams to keep products moving efficiently throughout the day
Who We're Looking For
- Someone who enjoys staying active and working in a hands-on environment
- Physically capable of safely lifting and moving building materials throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to working safely
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Experience in building materials, construction, warehousing, shipping, or delivery is an asset, but not required
