Capital Resources is a growing organization focused on operational excellence, innovation, and long-term sustainable growth. We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team and help drive business performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
Duties
- Lead day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute operational plans aligned with company objectives.
- Improve business processes, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead budgeting, resource planning, and financial performance with the finance team.
- Oversee risk management, business continuity, technology, and major projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor KPIs and organizational performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in operations or business management.
- Proven experience leading strategic planning, budgeting, organizational growth, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of project management, financial management, change management, and business operations.
- Experience implementing business systems and technology solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
