Social Media Manager & AI Content Creator
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and AI-driven Social Media Manager & AI Content Creator to help grow our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes short-form content, understands modern AI content creation tools, and has a strong eye for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and viral storytelling.
You will be responsible for creating engaging AI-powered content, managing social media activity, researching trends, and helping grow brand awareness and app visibility through high-performing social media content.
This is a fully remote contractor position with flexible working hours and project-based compensation.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Produce AI-generated short-form videos, reels, and visual content
- Create AI avatar videos, lip-sync content, AI-generated UGC, promotional videos, and storytelling-based content
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and content ideas optimized for engagement and virality
- Edit and optimize videos using AI and modern editing tools
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
- Monitor trends, viral formats, sounds, and emerging AI content techniques
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interaction
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, brand strategy, and growth initiatives
- Collaborate on marketing ideas, creative direction, promotions, and user acquisition strategies
- Analyze content performance and continuously improve creative output based on insights and trends
- Stay up to date with the latest AI tools, social media trends, and content creation workflows
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating short-form content
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest trends and algorithms
- Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools and workflows
- Strong visual aesthetic, especially within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content
- Ability to independently create content from concept to final delivery
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, engagement, and brand growth
- Comfortable collaborating with a marketing team and working within broader campaign strategies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, self-managed, and detail-oriented
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling instincts

Experience with tools such as:

- Canva
- Runway
- Midjourney
- ElevenLabs
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Other modern AI content creation tools
Nice to Have
- Experience creating viral-style content
- Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or mobile app marketing
- Experience creating AI influencer or AI avatar content
- Experience with UGC-style videos and ad creatives
- Understanding of performance-driven content and app growth strategies
