Responsibilities:

Managing onboard process from end to end

Support recruiters and Sr. Recruiters for ad hoc request

Post requirements for Sr Recruiters
Must have skills:
-
2+ years of high-volume recruiter experience, agency experience within a fast-paced environment (i.e., recruitment within a corporation – recruiting for corporate roles) – 35 offers per month

Experience working with senior leaders
-
Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain a high-volume workload, as well as keen attention to detail (accuracy)

Proven problem-solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills

Collaboration, work under pressure, quick to adapt

The candidate must be based in Toronto
Nice to have skills:

Workday/Phenom experience

Agency environment recruitment within a corporate recruiting for corporate roles is preferred

FI experience nice to have
