DR Painting LTD | Edmonton & Area
Your home’s glow-up starts here.
This Is NOT a Typical Painting Job
DR Painting exists to reinvent what a painting experience can be.
We don’t just apply paint — we deliver calm, clarity, craftsmanship, and confidence to homeowners and property managers during moments of change.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Team Lead Painter who can move fast without sacrificing quality, lead by example, and raise the standard on every site they touch.
If you’re the type of painter who gets frustrated by slow crews, sloppy prep, poor communication, or lack of ownership — you’ll feel at home here.
If not, this role will feel uncomfortable.
Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone who:
- Paints with speed AND precision
- Communicates clearly with clients and teammates
- Takes ownership of timelines, results, and site standards
- Naturally leads through example, not ego
- Wants to grow into a senior leadership role as the company scales
You don’t need a title-chasing personality — but you do need pride, urgency, and follow-through.
Our Core Values (Non-Negotiable)
You’ll be expected to live these daily:
Transparency
Clear, honest communication — with clients and with the team.
Collaboration
We multiply impact by working together. No lone wolves.
Quality
Details matter. Clean lines, proper prep, zero shortcuts.
Accountability
We own outcomes. No excuses. No finger-pointing.
Growth Mindset
We improve systems, skills, and ourselves — constantly.
If these excite you, keep reading.
What You’ll Do as a Team Lead
