We are seeking a full-time daytime Junior Dental Lab Technician to join our fast-growing team. No previous dental experience is required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Shift and schedule
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and service dental laboratory machines and equipment according to established operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Independently complete assigned production tasks related to dental products, including but not limited to:
- Duplicating stone models
- Printing 3D resin models
- Removing supports from metal 3D-printed frameworks
- Sandblasting and finishing products
- Perform general laboratory maintenance, housekeeping, and cleaning duties as assigned by the Lab Manager.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and workplace safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong willingness to learn and a positive work ethic.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable.
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with precision.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- No experience required—paid training will be provided.
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, production, or sheet metal environment is considered an asset.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
