We deliver industry-leading UAV hardware, sensors, mapping solutions, and support services that help organizations work smarter, safer, and more efficiently. We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to help lead business growth, develop client relationships, and expand our presence across key industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads
- Build relationships with enterprise, government, and commercial clients
- Manage pipeline activity through CRM systems
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Lead and mentor sales team members
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and product launches
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling technology, industrial, or equipment solutions preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of drones, surveying, mapping, or public safety markets is an asset
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
