We are looking for a motivated individual Accounting Administrator and Office Support.
General Position Description
The Accounting and Office Administrator will assist primarily with accounts payable functions and provide administrative support as required.
Specific Position Responsibilities
The Accounting Administrator will:
- Verify and process vendor invoices
- Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain the Accounts Payable email inbox and ensure all inquiries are responded to on a timely basis
- Maintain up to date vendor files
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Filing and other administrative tasks as required
- Minimum two years related work experience
- Familiarity with SAP preferred
- Analytical and logical thinker with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- College Diploma or University Degree preferred
