The Renfrew Victoria Hospital (RVH) is a 55-bed, fully accredited facility located just 45 minutes west of Ottawa, serving a catchment area of over 60,000. Part of the Renfrew and Area Health Village, RVH provides medical, surgical and complex continuing care as well as extensive ambulatory care with over 30,000 emergency and clinic visits per year.

Come join us! As a result of internal movements, RVH is currently hiring temporary part-time and casual Registered Practical Nurses. We have several units on which our RPNs work: Dialysis, ER, Medical/Surgical, and Complex Continuing Care (CCC) (formerly known as Chronic Care).
Pay: $37.87-$39.02/hour
For opportunities on the Medical/Surgical unit, the ideal candidate will have experience with adult medical and surgical care, working with the elderly, and medication and asepsis certification. You will have your current CPR certification and general competency as an RPN.
For opportunities on our Complex Continuing Care unit, the ideal candidate will have experience with working with the elderly and patients with a chronic illness, and asepsis and medication certification. You will have your current CPR certification.
Our Med/Surg/SCU and CCC units provide care 24/7 and all our nurses may be scheduled days, evenings, nights and weekends. Applicants must be able to work independently and perform duties within the physical demands of the work area.
