Furnace & Duct Cleaning Technician

Integral Air Furnace & Ventilation is currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and experienced Furnace & Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. We are a customer-focused, safety-driven HVAC company proudly serving commercial and residential clients throughout Alberta.
We are looking for a technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on furnace and duct cleaning experience, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service on every job.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and dismantle furnace and duct cleaning equipment in residential and commercial sites
- Perform HVAC duct cleaning, furnace cleaning, HRV/ERV cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and related services
- Inspect systems and communicate findings or recommended maintenance to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and daily upkeep of company vehicle and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and deliver high-quality workmanship
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Integral Air with professionalism
- Complete job notes, service documentation, and invoicing as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Furnace & Duct Cleaning experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of duct cleaning systems, negative air machines, rotary cleaning tools, and HVAC best practices
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit—able to lift equipment, work in confined areas, and use ladders
- Clean Criminal Background Check
