Gravity Complete Services is looking for a high-energy, highly organized, zero-nonsense After-Hours & Weekend Dispatcher who can take control of our emergency plumbing, HVAC & electrical calls and make sure nothing and we mean nothing slips through the cracks.
This is not your typical dispatcher job.
This is mission-critical.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer and dispatch all after-hours and weekend service calls
- Coordinate technicians efficiently (no wasted time, no missed calls)
- Document calls professionally in Jobber
- Ensure emergency calls are prioritized
- Keep communication tight between techs and customers
- Protect the Gravity brand by providing top-tier customer service
