In this role, you:
- Deliver professional hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling
- Recommend retail hair care products and additional services that support each client’s needs and enhance their experience
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and tools in accordance with salon standards
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication, personalized service, and exceptional customer care
- Bring at least one year of industry experience and a passion for salon services
- Are creative, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Are dependable and available to work evenings, Saturdays, and/or Sundays
- Value ongoing education, enjoy working with a diverse clientele, and are excited to continue building your career

Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Hairstylist license and/or Journey Persons status
- Proven experience providing hair styling and salon services
- Strong knowledge of salon sanitation and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to client care and service excellence
