As an Esthetician, you will also engage in retail sales, product demos, and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and makeup application with attention to sanitation and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments and products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Engage clients through retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and managing guest inquiries
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance client experience and increase revenue
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and ongoing maintenance for optimal results
- Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to provide expert adviceQualifications
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a spa or salon setting.
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently
- Excellent communication skills for guest interactions at the front desk and during treatment consultations
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
