Glow Artistry Med Spa is a growing and client-focused spa dedicated to providing exceptional skincare and wellness services in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and reliable Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional esthetic services including hydra facials, chemical peels, and microneedling
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to health and sanitation standards
- Keep the spa clean and organized as well as laundry when needed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and treatment techniques
- Assist with retail product sales and client education
Qualifications
- Certified Esthetician with relevant training and licensing/certification as required
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience excluding time in school
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays
