Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and targeted outreach (headhunting).
- Post job vacancies on online recruitment platforms and university career portals.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Communicate with applicants through email and LinkedIn and manage follow-ups effectively.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Human Resources, Business, Journalism, Arts, or a related field with strong English communication components.

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required for communication with clients and partners in China.

Knowledge of Chinese business culture and communication styles is a strong asset for this role.
