The Ottawa Valley Automotive Group includes Hyundai Pembroke, Fix Auto Pembroke, Ottawa Valley Car Rental, and our expanding family of automotive businesses across the Ottawa Valley. We’re locally owned, family operated, community focused, and focused on building something people genuinely want to be part of.
We’re currently looking for a Parts & Service Advisor to join one of our locations.
This role has flexibility depending on experience and strengths and may evolve into a stronger focus on internal operations, internal parts and service coordination, or a lead Parts & Service Advisor role.
What does the role involve?
- Assisting customers with service and repair needs
- Working closely with technicians and the parts department
- Coordinating and organizing workflow throughout the day
- Managing appointments, communication, and follow up
- Solving problems and helping create a smooth customer experience
- Keeping things moving in a fast paced environment
No two days are exactly the same.
Some days everything runs perfectly. Other days involve a ringing phone, a technician with a question, a customer needing help, and a part that somehow decided to disappear. The right person enjoys the pace and takes pride in bringing order to the chaos.
You may be a fit if you:

- Communicate well with both customers and coworkers
- Like solving problems and helping people
- Can handle multiple priorities at once
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Have automotive, dealership, service, parts, or customer service experience
Experience is valuable.
Attitude, accountability, and work ethic matter just as much.
