About Us:
Frontier Signworks & Safety is a locally owned company specializing in custom signage, vehicle graphics, branding, apparel decoration, and safety solutions. We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented individual to join our embroidery and apparel production team.
What You'll Do:
- Operate commercial embroidery equipment
- Hoop, prepare, and organize garments for production
- Monitor embroidery jobs to ensure quality and consistency
- Trim, finish, inspect, and package completed products
- Assist with apparel decoration workflows and production scheduling
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
- Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to meet deadlines
- Provide support to other departments when workloads shift
Basic Qualifications:
- Previous commercial embroidery experience is an asset
- Experience operating multi-head embroidery machines is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow production specifications accurately
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with apparel decoration, garment production, or related industries is an asset
