We are seeking a proven, strategic sales leader as a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing the client portfolio, generating revenue growth and organizational quotas. You will also be a valuable contributor to the regional sales strategy, leading implementation and driving execution to achieve business objectives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by promoting, managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products. As a Regional Sales Manager-Canada, you will also research sales competition.
Responsibilities

Primary objectives are to exceed territory growth, revenue quota, organizational health and customer satisfaction

Help grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales, technology adoption and increase SOTI’s market share in the EMM space

Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Prepare and attend the conference shows in North America

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to management
-
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
-
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.

Attend sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

Travel in the sales territories

Design and execute SOTI’s regional sales strategy
Qualifications
-
7+ year proven record of sales experience and 3+ years of regional sales experience with a proven track record in technology sales

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

BS/BA degree or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast paced, team selling environment

Track record of over-achieving
