3-0-Stick Welding Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Operations Manager to lead and support our welding and fabrication operations across commercial, industrial, and field-service projects. We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of safety, quality workmanship, customer relationships, and team accountability.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operations professional with experience in welding, fabrication, construction, or industrial field services who can successfully manage crews, coordinate projects, and keep operations running efficiently from planning through completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations, welding crews, and project activities
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, scheduling, and materials for active projects
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
- Lead and support field supervisors, welders, fabricators, and subcontractors
- Maintain strong communication with customers, project managers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor project timelines, productivity, and operational performance
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements
- Assist with project planning, job costing, workflow coordination, and resource allocation
- Help recruit, train, mentor, and develop field personnel
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and industry best practices
- Resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally in the field
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of company equipment and vehicles
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, construction management, welding supervision, or industrial field operations
- Previous experience supervising crews and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and safe work practices
- Ability to read drawings, project specifications, and work orders
- Experience coordinating schedules, equipment, and manpower
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital scheduling/reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in both office and field environments
Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
