The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in construction . This role is ideal for a confident closer who thrives on relationship-building, understands construction processes, and can identify and secure high-value opportunities.
You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry engagement
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, estimates, and proposals
- Lead commercial bid submissions and negotiate contracts
- Close deals that meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen lead generation initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay informed on market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Valid drivers License and vehicle
- 5 years of experience in Construction (Mandatory)
- 3 years of sales experience
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong business development skills with the ability to analyze market trends
- Asset: Bilingual

Pay: $35,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
