Position Overview:
We are currently seeking to onboard up to two Sales Associates. Experience in the General Motors world is preferred—but are more interested in your energy, mindset, and attitude. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with five demerits or fewer
- Passion for vehicles and the automotive industry
- Willingness to learn detailed product knowledge
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to adopt new technologies quickly
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
- AMVIC Certification (required)
Preferred Experience:
- General Motors Dealership experience preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Promote General Motors product features and technology.
- Inform customers about GM specifications and determine their needs.
- Build strong rapport with customers and provide test drives.
- Learn and execute all steps of the sales process to close sales.
- Utilize digital tools and technology, including the General Motors app.
- Prepare and maintain a clean and welcoming showroom.
Compensation:
- This position is commission-based, offering you the potential to earn based on your performance.
- 25% Commission.
- Volume bonuses, gross bonuses.
- Lucrative F&I spiffs
