Store Manager – Automotive Sales & Finance

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who has a proven background in automotive sales, finance, and dealership operations. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and knows how to drive both sales performance and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of a busy dealership.
- Coach, motivate, and develop the sales and finance teams.
- Ensure sales targets, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Work closely with Finance Managers to maximize approvals and finance penetration.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor dealership KPIs, inventory, and overall performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
- Build relationships with lenders and ensure compliance with all dealership policies.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership management experience.
- Strong experience in both vehicle sales and automotive finance (F&I).
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and profit targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing a high-volume sales environment.
- Knowledge of subprime and prime financing is considered a strong asset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
