Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Immigration Case Worker / Consultant to manage a wide range of immigration applications. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, including all temporary and permanent applications.This position requires excellent legal knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases independently.
Prepare and submit:
Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs)
Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) Applications
Bridging Open Work Permits (BOWP)
Spouse/Common-law Partner Sponsorship (Inland & Outland)
Super Visa Applications (including medicals and insurance requirements)
Dependent Child Sponsorships
Nanny and Home Support Worker (Gaining PR through Gaining Work Exp.)
Permanent Resident Card (new and renewals)
Citizenship Applications (adults and minors)
PR Portal Submissions and E-COPR follow-ups
Refugee Protection Claims (IRB – RPD, RAD) (OPTIONAL)
Humanitarian & Compassionate (H&C) Applications( (OPTIONAL)
Work Permits, Study Permits, and Visitor Visas
Temporary Resident Permits (TRP)
Restoration of Status, Extensions (all categories)
Respond to procedural fairness letters and requests for additional documents
Prepare clients for hearings (RPD, RAD, PRRA, Detention Review)
Draft submissions, affidavits, legal letters, and support documentation
Manage and update client files using case management software
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all forms, documents, and correspondence
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with IRCC/IRB guidelines
Conduct client consultations and eligibility assessments (under RCIC guidance if not licensed)
Provide support and guidance throughout the application process
Maintain professional and empathetic communication with clients

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
