We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support our growing manufacturing and distribution operations. This role is responsible for warehouse organization, inventory management, ERP transactions, receiving shipments, and assisting with production planning to ensure materials are available when needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Unload, label, and properly store raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Organize inventory to maximize efficiency and space utilization.
- Prepare materials for production runs and customer shipments.
- Conduct routine warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Inventory Management
- Enter inventory receipts, transfers, and adjustments into the ERP system.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Generate inventory reports as required.
Production Planning & Material Coordination
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for upcoming production runs.
- Review production schedules and coordinate material availability.
- Identify low-stock items and communicate replenishment requirements to purchasing.
- Assist in forecasting raw material and packaging requirements.
- Support production teams by ensuring materials are staged and available on time.
Administration & Documentation
- Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and warehouse records.
- File and organize shipping and receiving documentation.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and quality teams regarding inventory needs.
- Assist with ERP data maintenance and item master updates.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience preferred.
- Experience using ERP systems is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with computers and inventory software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
