Location: Fredericton, NB
Typical Pay Rates:
- Foreman: $36-$40/hr (Typical Experience: 8-15+ years)
- Lead Hand: $30-$34/hr (Typical Experience 5-10 years)
- Installer: $22-$28/hr (Typical Experience 2-6 years)
- Labourer: $18-$22/hr (Typical Experience 0-2 years)
- Live Out Allowance: $50/day (When travelling for work)

About the Role:
As a Cladder you’ll be responsible for installing various cladding systems on commercial buildings. We're looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of cladding systems
- Measure, cut, and fit panels accurately
- Operate power tools and follow safety protocols
- Work at heights and on scaffolding/lifts as required
- Support team members and assist with project setup and cleanup
- Follow instructions from upper management
Requirements:
- Experience in cladding installation or exterior construction preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Willing to travel for work
