Pennex Backflow Prevention and Plumbing is a trusted leader in plumbing services, specializing in commercial and residential plumbing, backflow prevention and cross-connection. We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced and licensed Backflow Technician and Plumber to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of backflow prevention devices
- Troubleshooting plumbing issues, identify necessary repairs and perform work to code
- Work with and understand blueprints, schematics and job specifications as it applies to your craft and in accordance with safety and building codes.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with applicable plumbing codes, safety standards and company policies
- Work independently or as part of a team on various plumbing and backflow projects.
Qualifications:
- Valid plumbing license (Journeyman)
- Certified Backflow tester with a current OWWA certification
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing and backflow experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to use mobile technology for work orders and reporting
