Salaries: $29 per hour for supervisor position.
Hours: 30 hours per week. Full-time permanent.
Languages: English or French
Education: Secondary school graduation

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nail salon and manage staff schedules.
- Train and mentor nail technicians to ensure high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist in resolving client complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement promotional events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Monitor supply inventory and place orders to ensure the salon is well-stocked with products.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and best practices to share with staff and recommend to clients.
Experiences:
- 1 year to less than 7 months in a nail salon or beauty industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to staying current with trends.
