Do you know cars inside and out?
Have you spent years in the automotive industry and are ready for the next step in your career?
We’re looking for an experienced automotive professional with a strong technical background who wants to grow into a leadership role. You don’t need previous management experience—we’ll help you develop those skills. What you do need is integrity, accountability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to earn the trust of both customers and technicians.
This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected independent repair shop known for high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
We’re far more interested in character, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn than previous management titles.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the link between our customers and our technicians.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Listening to customer concerns and helping identify repair needs.
- Preparing accurate estimates and explaining repairs in language customers understand.
- Coordinating work between customers, technicians, and suppliers.
- Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Building long-term customer relationships through honest communication.
- Supporting the daily operation of the shop.
- Learning the leadership side of running a successful automotive business.
- Taking on increasing management responsibilities as your skills grow.
If you’re able to perform mechanical work when needed, that’s an asset—but it is not the primary focus of this role.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repairs.
- The ability to understand diagnostics and confidently explain repairs to customers.
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Technician, Shop Foreman, or similar automotive role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A valid driver’s licence.
Management experience is not required.
We’re looking for someone who is coachable, eager to learn, and excited to develop into a leadership position.
The Kind of Person Who Will Thrive Here
You:
- Take ownership instead of making excuses.
- Value honesty over high-pressure sales.
- Treat customers and coworkers with respect.
- Enjoy solving problems.
- Can confidently discuss repairs with both technicians and customers.
- Stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Want to build a long-term career rather than simply find your next job.
- Welcome feedback and are committed to continuous improvement.
What We Offer
- $28.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Productivity and performance bonus program.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Tuesday to Saturday schedule.

- Extended health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.

- A genuine opportunity to grow into a key leadership role within our company.
