As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure every guest has a positive dining experience while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Keep the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Receive and store deliveries properly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Promote menu items and suggest add-ons to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic cash handling and POS knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
