What You'll Do
- Build new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and present the right solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales while creating long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
- Track your sales activity and pipeline using CRM software.
- Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Organized with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM software (Outlook, SDS, or similar) is an asset.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow.

Work Location
This is an in-office and outside sales position. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are required.
