D-Tech Line Locators Ltd. is looking for motivated, hardworking people who enjoy the outdoors and want to start a long-term career in the energy and utility industry.
If you’d rather be outside exploring remote areas than stuck in an office all day, this could be the perfect fit.
As a Line Locating Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians helping locate and mark underground utilities throughout NE British Columbia. Every day is different — from hiking through the bush to traveling industrial sites and working in some of the most scenic areas in the province.
No previous locating experience is required — we provide training and opportunities for advancement within the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of hiking and working in remote areas
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused
- ATV or snowmobile experience is an asset, but not required
