Commercial Construction Electrical Foreman
Compensation: $48.75 – $62.39 per hour

- Professional Leadership: Act as the primary field link between our office, GC, and the site crew, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Objectives
1. Field Leadership & Production
- Lead and manage crews to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Train, mentor, and lead by example, setting the pace for quality and efficiency.
- Plan work sequences and manage site logistics to stay ahead of the schedule.
2. Quality & Safety Management
- Uphold Bridge Electric’s award-winning standards for workmanship and code compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized site and strictly enforce all company safety policies.
- Identify and correct deficiencies in real-time to ensure a high-standard final turnover.
3. Project Coordination & Technology
- Technical Authority: Expert-level blueprint reading and the ability to solve complex installation issues independently and collaboratively.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in modern programs like Bluebeam, CAD, or BIM is preferred.
- Project Tools: Must be able to access and navigate FTP sites (Procore, Dropbox, Fieldwire, etc.) for digital documentation.
- Collaborate with the General Superintendent and PMs to flag risks and track progress.
4. Crew Development
- Mentor apprentices and journeymen through hands-on coaching and clear expectations.
- Foster a professional team culture rooted in accountability and pride in the trade.

Qualifications
- Certification: Red Seal Electrician (Required).
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial construction; Previous leadership experience in commercial construction (Foreman/Lead Hand).
- Technical: Expert-level blueprint reading and a "safety-first" leadership mindset.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, and a direct, respectful communicator.
Compensation & Benefits
