Wild Water Adventures is a premium whitewater rafting operator seeking Class 2 Bus Drivers for the upcoming 2026 rafting season. Our daily trips take place on the world-famous Kicking Horse River, 20 minutes from Golden, BC, where you will be expected to provide exceptional service to our guests on all our rafting day trips. We are seeking a reliable and professional Class 2 Bus Driver / Trip Photographer to join our team. This dual-role position involves safely transporting groups on various trips while capturing memorable moments through photography. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service. This role offers an engaging opportunity to combine transportation responsibilities with creative photography, ensuring a positive experience for all travelers.
Responsibilities
- Duties of the Drivers include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining buses – completing daily pre-trip inspections and keeping the buses clean
- Driving school buses with automatic transmission and no airbrakes to and from the river, sometimes with a trailer attached
- Photographing rafters and their trip experience
- Working closely with the Guiding team and Guest Services Crew to ensure efficient trip logistics
- Provide professional, outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Clean Class 2 driver’s license or equivalent from any province is an absolute requirement.
- Previous commercial/passenger driving experience an asset
- Photography skills an asset, however training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an attitude towards safety
