We bring locally sourced proteins, including fish and seafood, directly to communities in Calgary. Our team of Sales Reps go door-to-door, engage with Calgarians, and encourage them to support Alberta farmers and local business by trying our service.
Sales Reps are expected to:
- Promote our service by cold calling, showing the product, and encouraging people to buy local.
- Maintain professional & accurate records using our CRM and payment software.
- Organize their own schedule and commit to it.
- Building and nurturing a healthy, sustainable customer base.
Success will require:
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Technical literacy. With training, being able to learn, understand, and use all features our CRM and payment software.
- Superb oral communication.
- Time management and accountability.
Pay is 100% commission-based.
Pay range posted is based on the Lowest & Highest performing sales reps currently employed as of March 2026.
Having a driver’s licence will be necessary for promotion to become a driver/fully independent sales rep.
